Mark Allen Barnes is a British composer and instrument maker who works under the name Oceania Stegosaurusia Tardigradia. Barnes is known for his experimental microtonal string instruments. 

===Instruments===
Ocean Tardigrade has built multiple unusual string instruments as well as a few unusual wind instruments. The instruments themselves are mostly made of wood and have a home made esthetic to them, often featuring elements of hardware store materials. Tartigrade's style of musical performance often involves humor and chaos, as well as theatrical costumes and behavior.
