Darrell DeVore also known as Dr. Um, was an enigmatic figure, a free jazz instrument builder, and known for inventing the rubber band Bullroarer. Little information is avaliable about his instruments and work online but plenty of context to understand he has made more then a few idiosyncratic instruments.
