Alan Albright is an experimental ocarina maker who was an early maker of wooden ocarinas, as well as an early adopter of the 4 hole playing system. He is likely responsible for the first double ocarina that uses cross fingerings to give an octave range to both chambers of the instrument. His work inspired the work of Chris Hind and Sharon Rowell's Huacas.
